Pasting is honey to be prepared so that even in the so-called creamy state, it can be spread on bread without further treatment. When pasting, nothing else is added to the honey, only the crystalline structure is broken several times mechanically during the crystallization process. The result is a fine creamy structure that is no longer changing.
